FAQs
Our key difference from a bank loan is that we buy the product and resell it to you with our own markup through financing. The goal is not profit, but to offer a halal way to buy a car without riba (interest).
If a client cannot repay the Murabaha agreement, we offer two options:
Late Payment Penalty: A penalty is charged for each day of delay. This amount is sent to a charity fund. This aligns with Shariah principles and is approved by AAOIFI (Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions). The client receives no benefit from delays, and all penalties go to charity.
Car Return and Sale: If the client realizes they cannot continue payments, the car can be returned and sold at current market value. The proceeds cover operational costs, and the remaining amount is distributed between Tayyab and the client proportionally.
We are a fully digital service — all matters are handled online. For full financing info and pre-order options, visit: auto.tayyab.kz
We use the Murabaha method, which involves reselling goods at a markup. This is a permitted trade method in Islam. Our company is certified by a Shariah Board and complies with AAOIFI standards.
